Ruby and Diamond Double Cushion Halo

A breathtaking 18 karat white gold ruby and diamond ring. The center stone is a deep red oval ruby weighing 1.23 carats. The ruby is surrounded by a double diamond halo and and yellow gold prongs.  The side of the ring is a has a small split that flows one row of diamonds down the band.  There are 72 round diamond that have a total weight of .47 carats.
