Silver Four-Way Cross Medal

Four-way Medal on stainless steel curb chain 3mm thick and 24 inches long and the medal is 3 /4 inch in length. The 4-way cross, which is also known as a cruciform, consists of four medals. It contains a Sacred Heart of Jesus Medal (also called a Scapular medal) at the top, a Miraculous medal at the bottom, a St. Joseph medal on the left side, and a St. Christopher medal on the right. The center featured the Sacred Heart which symbolizes truth and honesty. The back of the cross says 'I am a Catholic please call a priest'.
