WE are happy to assist when you are short on time but need a gift. All phone orders must be paid in full to be wrapped when you arrive.
Jewelry only – All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt within 30 days for a full refund, (assuming the merchandise has not been sized, changed, damaged or worn). Nacol’s will deduct from the refund any sizing work or damage done to the jewelry while in possession of the purchaser.
Watches must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Additionally, they cannot be sized or worn and must have the original box, links and papers.
All special orders and custom makes require a down payment for any work to be started. Please contact us for additional information.
Please present your “yellow ticket” when picking up your repair. If you no longer have it, we will need to see your license for your protection. Sending someone to pick up your repair? please call and let us know, in advance. Anyone picking up for someone else will need to show their license.
Repair payments may be made in person, autopay (either set up in our store or thorough your bank), and by calling in with your debit/credit card information.
Lay-a-way payments may be made in person, autopay (either set up in our store or thorough your bank), and by calling in with your debit/credit card information. Please note we don’t keep credit card information on file when you call in for a single lay-a- way payment.
